Company Info

Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is an upscale business and lifestyle hotel in Dubai, operated under Accor’s Pullman brand. It is connected to or located beside City Centre Deira, offering convenient access to shopping, Dubai International Airport, the Creek, and major business districts. The hotel serves corporate travellers, meetings and events, leisure guests, and airline or group business. Pullman positions itself as a contemporary, energetic brand combining professional hospitality with a modern, work-and-social environment. As part of Accor, employees may benefit from international career opportunities, training, staff rates, and a multicultural workplace. The property’s sales team works closely with rooms, food and beverage, events, revenue management, and regional commercial teams to attract and retain business accounts. Its location makes corporate relationship building, local market knowledge, and strong commercial performance particularly important.

Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it is a highly international Gulf destination with strong opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology, construction, and events. Dubai offers a fast-paced, multicultural lifestyle, excellent public transport, modern housing, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and year-round entertainment. Working culture is professional and relationship focused, with English widely used; respect for Islamic customs, modest public behaviour, and local laws is important. Most foreign employees need an employer-sponsored work permit and residence visa. The employer generally coordinates medical checks, Emirates ID processing, and employment documentation, although requirements can change. Candidates should confirm whether accommodation, transport, insurance, annual flights, and gratuity are included in the package. Summer temperatures are extremely hot, while winter is comfortable and popular for outdoor activities. Costs vary considerably, with rent being the largest expense, so salary, benefits, commuting distance, and probation terms should be reviewed carefully before relocating.
