Company Info

Caravan by Habitas Hatta is a hospitality concept operated by Habitas, a global lifestyle and hospitality brand focused on meaningful travel, local connection and experiential stays. Located in Hatta, Dubai, the property combines an outdoors-oriented setting with design-led accommodation and experiences inspired by the surrounding mountains, culture and landscape. Habitas properties generally emphasise sustainability, wellness, food, music, community and personalised guest interaction rather than traditional large-scale resort operations. Caravan by Habitas Hatta forms part of Accor’s wider hospitality ecosystem through the partnership or operating relationship associated with the advertised role. The business attracts guests seeking nature, adventure and a more social, immersive alternative to conventional city hotels. Employees can expect a collaborative environment, a strong focus on guest experience and opportunities to work across commercial and operational teams in a developing destination.

Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island, but it offers a diverse lifestyle across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates. Hospitality, tourism, retail, aviation, technology, construction, healthcare and finance provide substantial employment opportunities, with resorts and adventure destinations such as Hatta adding specialist roles. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international community; modest dress and respect for local customs are important, especially during Ramadan. Life can be modern and cosmopolitan, with excellent dining, shopping and entertainment, although summer heat is intense and outdoor activities are best enjoyed in cooler months. Most expatriates need employer sponsorship for a residence and work visa, usually arranged after an offer is accepted. Employers may also assist with medical testing, Emirates ID, accommodation or transport, depending on the package. Candidates should confirm salary, housing, insurance, flights and visa arrangements before relocating.
