Job Description

The Director of Sales & Marketing leads the hotel’s commercial strategy, including sales, marketing, public relations, partnerships, group business and revenue generation. Candidates are generally expected to have substantial senior-level experience in luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of local and international markets, and a proven record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and networking skills are essential. The role requires close cooperation with revenue management, reservations, operations and regional corporate teams. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, guest-focused, confident with digital marketing and able to develop effective strategies for leisure, corporate, meetings and events segments. Fluency in English is normally required, while additional languages and Malaysian market knowledge are advantageous.
