The Junior Sous Chef supports the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations for the Lobby Lounge at Shangri-La Singapore. Requirements typically include culinary training, several years of professional kitchen experience, strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and HACCP standards, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
