Job Description

The Service Associate – Finance Risk Control supports financial controls, internal audits, transaction reviews, cash handling checks and compliance procedures within the hotel. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field, along with good numerical ability and basic knowledge of accounting principles. Hotel finance, audit or risk-control experience is helpful, while fresh graduates may be considered. The role requires accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should be comfortable reviewing documents, identifying irregularities, preparing reports and following company policies. Good communication, teamwork, computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office are expected. Flexibility to work in a hotel environment and coordinate with several departments is also important.
