Job Description

The Assistant Manager/Manager, Human Resources will support Shangri-La Singapore’s people strategy across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning, engagement and HR administration. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, together with relevant experience in a hotel or service environment. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices, communication skills and confidence handling confidential matters are expected. The role requires a hands-on, approachable professional who can advise managers, resolve employee concerns, support policy implementation and maintain accurate HR records. Hospitality experience, proficiency with HR systems and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace would be advantageous.
