Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and related areas to Shangri-La standards. Duties include changing linens, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests, and protecting guest privacy and belongings. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, service-minded, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, although training may be provided. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected. Good communication skills, a professional appearance, teamwork, and knowledge of basic workplace safety and hygiene are important.
