Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, offering extensive opportunities in hospitality, tourism, aviation, retail, finance, technology, healthcare, and construction. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have particularly strong hotel and service-sector job markets. The culture combines Islamic traditions, Emirati heritage, and a highly international lifestyle; respectful dress and behavior are important, especially during Ramadan. Residents enjoy modern cities, beaches, desert activities, shopping, dining, and reliable public transport, although summers are extremely hot. For most expatriates, the employer sponsors the employment visa, medical checks, Emirates ID, and residency procedures. UAE nationals applying through Emiratisation programs may follow different employment arrangements. Relocation costs, accommodation, transport, insurance, and annual flights should be confirmed in the offer. Candidates should verify contract terms and never pay recruitment fees.
