Events Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Events Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in planning and delivering conferences, weddings, meetings and other events. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, good English communication skills, strong administration and organization abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in hotel sales, events or customer service is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly to enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate with operational departments, maintain accurate event records, assist with site inspections and provide professional guest service. Flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, commercial awareness and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy hotel environment are essential.
