Floor Supervisor

Singapore Shangri-La SGD 2,400–3,300 per month*
Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing room attendants and ensuring guest rooms, corridors and assigned areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements typically include previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience, good knowledge of cleaning procedures, attention to detail and the ability to lead a team. The successful candidate should be organised, physically fit, service-oriented and comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays. Strong communication skills are important for coordinating with Front Office, Engineering and other departments, responding to guest requests, checking room quality and reporting maintenance issues. Experience in an international luxury hotel and familiarity with hotel housekeeping systems would be advantageous.
