Job Description

The Food & Beverage Administrator supports the hotel’s food and beverage department with clerical and operational coordination. Typical requirements include administrative experience, strong computer skills, accurate data entry, good organisation, and clear communication in English; hospitality experience is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to prepare reports, maintain records, process requisitions and invoices, coordinate schedules and meetings, support purchasing and payroll documentation, and communicate effectively with restaurants, kitchens, suppliers, and other departments. Attention to detail, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment are essential.
