Room Attendant (房務員)

Job Description

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas to Shangri-La standards. Duties include changing linen, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, respecting guest privacy, and responding courteously to requests. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred, though motivated applicants with relevant service experience may be considered. Basic Cantonese, English, or Mandarin communication skills are useful. The role requires a positive attitude, teamwork, discretion, good personal presentation, and consistent attention to hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.
