Job Description

The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and sanitation across the hotel. Requirements typically include relevant hospitality, food safety or environmental health experience, knowledge of HACCP principles, strong inspection and reporting skills, and the ability to train colleagues. The successful candidate is expected to conduct regular hygiene audits, monitor cleaning and sanitation procedures, support pest-control programs, investigate non-conformities, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and Shangri-La standards. Attention to detail, clear communication, integrity and the confidence to work with culinary, housekeeping and operational teams are essential.
