Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, hotel property and assets at Shangri-La Singapore. Duties typically include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, preparing reports, enforcing hotel security procedures and coordinating with Singapore Police or emergency services when required. Candidates should have relevant security or hospitality experience, strong observation and communication skills, good physical fitness, basic computer ability and the confidence to manage emergencies calmly. Singapore security licensing or relevant WSQ training is advantageous, while supervisory experience and knowledge of workplace safety procedures are preferred. The successful candidate is expected to be professional, discreet, service-oriented, dependable and able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
