Job Description

The Restaurant Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing dining reservations, table allocations, guest requests, telephone and online booking channels, and coordination with restaurant and front-office teams. Candidates should have hotel or restaurant reservations experience, strong communication and organizational skills, confidence using reservation or property-management systems, and good knowledge of food-and-beverage operations. Fluency in English is generally expected; knowledge of Malay or other languages is an advantage. The role requires a polished guest-service approach, attention to detail, ability to manage busy periods, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
