Job Description

The Small Business Lending Specialist supports Australian small-business customers by assessing lending applications, understanding business needs, managing credit risk and providing suitable loan solutions. The role typically requires experience in business lending, credit assessment, financial analysis and customer relationship management, together with strong knowledge of banking products, policies and responsible lending obligations. Candidates are expected to communicate confidently with customers and internal teams, make sound risk-based decisions, manage applications efficiently and deliver a positive customer experience. Attention to detail, commercial judgement, digital capability and the ability to work toward service and performance targets are important. Experience with small-business banking, cash-flow analysis or credit underwriting is highly desirable.
