Job Description

The Senior Manager, Business Analysis Practice is expected to lead and strengthen ANZ’s business analysis capability across major business and technology initiatives. Requirements typically include substantial experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, stakeholder engagement and delivery of complex transformation programs. The role involves setting practice standards, coaching and developing business analysts, improving tools and methodologies, and promoting consistent, high-quality analysis across portfolios. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong communication and influencing skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively with executives, product owners, technology teams and delivery partners. Experience in banking, financial services, agile delivery and large-scale change programs is highly desirable.
