Job Description

The S&S Banking Consultant supports customers in an ANZ branch by handling everyday banking needs, explaining products and services, completing transactions, and identifying suitable lending, savings, insurance, and digital banking solutions. The role generally requires strong customer-service and communication skills, confidence using technology, attention to detail, and the ability to meet responsible sales and service objectives.
