Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in an ANZ branch by handling everyday banking enquiries, transactions, account servicing, digital banking assistance and suitable product referrals. The role generally requires customer service experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using technology. Candidates should be comfortable identifying customer needs, explaining banking products clearly and meeting service or sales objectives. A genuine interest in helping people, sound judgement, teamwork and the ability to follow banking, privacy and compliance procedures are important. Previous banking experience is useful but comparable retail, hospitality or contact-centre experience may also be valued.
