Senior Project Manager

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is expected to lead complex projects from planning through delivery, coordinating teams, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications. Typical requirements include substantial project management experience, strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, and proven success managing large business or technology initiatives. Experience in banking, financial services, transformation, risk, or regulatory change is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership, commercial judgment, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, governance reporting and tools such as Jira or similar platforms may also be expected.
