Senior Design Researcher Business & Private Banking

Job Description

The Senior Design Researcher will lead customer and stakeholder research supporting ANZ’s Business and Private Banking teams. Requirements typically include substantial experience in UX, service or design research; strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods; the ability to plan interviews, usability testing and fieldwork; and confidence translating insights into practical product and service improvements. The role requires collaboration with designers, product managers, bankers and senior stakeholders. Candidates are expected to communicate clearly, influence decisions with evidence, manage multiple research initiatives and demonstrate a strong understanding of customer-centred design, business needs and ethical research practices. Experience in financial services, complex digital products or servicing business customers would be advantageous.
