Job Description

The Fraud Scam Prevention Analyst helps protect ANZ customers by identifying, investigating and preventing fraud and scams. Requirements typically include experience in fraud operations, scam detection, banking investigations, risk analysis or financial crime; strong analytical skills; attention to detail; and the ability to interpret transaction and customer information. Familiarity with fraud-monitoring systems, regulatory obligations and incident reporting is valuable.
