Business Analyst - Digital Delivery

Job Description

The Business Analyst – Digital Delivery supports the successful delivery of digital banking initiatives by gathering requirements, analysing business processes, documenting user stories, and translating customer and business needs into practical technology solutions. The role typically requires experience in business analysis, digital or technology projects, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, Agile delivery, and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Candidates are expected to communicate clearly with product owners, designers, developers, testers, and business teams; manage competing priorities; identify risks and dependencies; and help deliver customer-focused outcomes. Knowledge of banking, payments, digital channels, or regulatory environments is advantageous. Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and documentation skills are essential.
