Job Description

The Associate Director, Project & Export Finance role involves structuring, assessing and executing complex financing transactions for major infrastructure, energy, resources and export-related projects. Requirements typically include significant experience in project finance, export finance, corporate lending or investment banking; strong financial modelling, credit analysis and transaction structuring skills; and knowledge of debt markets, risk management and relevant regulatory requirements. The successful candidate is expected to manage client relationships, lead transaction execution, prepare credit submissions, negotiate documentation and work collaboratively with legal, risk, product and international teams. Strong communication, commercial judgement, stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple transactions are essential.
