Business Analyst - Digital Delivery

Job Description

The role supports digital delivery by translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories and practical technology solutions. Requirements typically include experience as a business analyst in digital, technology or financial-services projects; strong stakeholder communication; skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, Agile delivery and documentation; and the ability to work with product managers, developers, testers and business teams. ANZ would expect the candidate to manage competing priorities, identify risks and dependencies, contribute to solution design, support testing and ensure delivered outcomes meet customer and business needs. Knowledge of banking processes, digital channels and tools such as Jira or Confluence would be advantageous.
