Job Description

The Senior Investment Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing investment administration, trade processing, reconciliations, settlements, reporting, controls and service delivery. Requirements typically include substantial experience in investment operations or funds management, knowledge of financial markets and managed funds, strong risk and control awareness, and experience leading teams or operational improvement initiatives. Familiarity with platforms, data, automation and regulatory obligations is valuable. ANZ would expect a capable people leader who can manage stakeholders, resolve complex issues, improve processes, maintain operational accuracy and deliver high-quality outcomes in a regulated banking environment.
