Job Description

This role leads productivity improvement across Group Operations within ANZ’s Transformation Office. The successful candidate will be expected to identify efficiency opportunities, design and deliver transformation initiatives, use data and performance insights to support decisions, and manage benefits tracking. Requirements are likely to include substantial experience in operations transformation, continuous improvement, process redesign, banking or financial services, and senior stakeholder management. Strong commercial judgment, communication, analytical, project leadership and influencing skills are important. The candidate should be comfortable working across complex teams, presenting recommendations to executives, managing competing priorities and delivering measurable improvements in cost, service quality and operational effectiveness.
