Job Description

This role leads a team delivering home and investment lending solutions to customers in Melbourne. Requirements typically include strong residential lending experience, sound knowledge of credit policy and responsible lending obligations, demonstrated people-leadership capability, and the ability to manage customer and business outcomes. The successful candidate is expected to coach lending specialists, build strong referral and stakeholder relationships, identify growth opportunities, maintain high compliance standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
