Job Description

The Digital Channels Assurance Manager is responsible for providing assurance over ANZ’s digital banking channels, helping ensure they are secure, reliable, compliant and aligned with customer and regulatory expectations. Requirements typically include experience in technology risk, controls assurance, audit, governance, digital platforms or operational risk, together with strong knowledge of risk frameworks and control testing. The successful candidate will assess risks, review control effectiveness, identify weaknesses, coordinate remediation and prepare clear reports for senior stakeholders. Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills are expected, as the role involves working with technology, product, operations, risk and compliance teams. Experience in banking, financial services, cyber risk or digital transformation is advantageous.
