Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in the Noosaville branch by understanding their financial needs, providing everyday banking assistance, explaining products and services, and identifying suitable lending, savings, or digital banking solutions. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, sound attention to detail, confidence using technology, and the ability to meet compliance and responsible-banking requirements.
