Job Description

The Banking Consultant supports customers in the Rundle Mall branch by understanding their financial needs and helping with everyday banking, accounts, payments, lending enquiries and digital banking services. The role requires strong communication, customer-service and problem-solving skills, confidence using technology, attention to detail and the ability to follow banking, privacy and compliance procedures. Previous retail, sales, banking or service experience is helpful, although ANZ may provide training. The successful candidate is expected to build trusted customer relationships, deliver a positive branch experience, identify suitable products and services, meet performance expectations and work collaboratively within the team. Flexibility to work rostered branch hours, including some Saturdays, may be required.
