Job Description

ANZ is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of business and private banking customers in Perth or Bunbury. The role requires strong lending, credit assessment, financial analysis, and relationship-management capability, together with an understanding of business owners’ personal and commercial banking needs. Candidates are expected to develop trusted client relationships, identify growth opportunities, provide tailored banking solutions, manage credit and risk responsibly, and collaborate with specialists across ANZ. Relevant banking experience, sound commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach are likely to be important. Knowledge of the Western Australian business market and experience serving high-net-worth or business clients would be advantageous.
