Job Description

The Cluster Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing safe, reliable and efficient data center operations across a cluster of facilities in Australia. Requirements typically include experience managing critical infrastructure, data center or industrial operations, strong people leadership, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, cooling, networking and building systems. The candidate is expected to lead technical and operational teams, maintain high availability, manage maintenance and incident response, enforce health and safety standards, control budgets, and coordinate with engineering, security, vendors and business stakeholders. Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial awareness and the ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment are essential.
