Job Description

Amazon Data Center Operation Technicians support the reliable operation of data-centre facilities and IT infrastructure. Typical requirements include a technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience, familiarity with servers, networking, hardware troubleshooting, electrical or mechanical systems, and safe working practices. Candidates should be comfortable working shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call periods, and be able to lift equipment and work in industrial environments. The role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, incident response, teamwork, and a commitment to security, safety, and operational procedures.
