Job Description

The Banquets Supervisor oversees banquet events, including setup, service, guest interaction, and breakdown. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel banquets, restaurants, or event operations, strong communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service, event procedures, hygiene standards, and health and safety requirements is expected. The successful candidate should be organized, guest-focused, flexible with working hours, and capable of handling several functions while maintaining Four Seasons service standards. English communication is generally required; additional languages and experience in luxury hospitality are advantageous.
