Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the operation of Café Milano, helping deliver polished, efficient food and beverage service in line with Four Seasons standards. Requirements typically include previous supervisory or management experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel, strong knowledge of service procedures, excellent English communication, and the ability to lead and train a diverse team. Experience with Italian cuisine, restaurant systems, guest recovery, and basic financial controls is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to be highly guest-focused, well organized, confident on the floor, and capable of managing busy services while maintaining quality, cleanliness, safety, and staff morale. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential.
