Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is a leading luxury hospitality company operating hotels, resorts and private residences worldwide. Founded in 1961, the company is known for highly personalized service, exceptional standards and strong attention to guest experience. Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is a luxury seasonal property on Mallorca’s scenic Formentor peninsula, surrounded by beaches, mountains and Mediterranean landscapes. The resort combines refined accommodation and dining with wellness, recreation and local experiences. Its teams work in an international environment and are expected to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, warmth and close attention to detail. An internship with Four Seasons can provide practical exposure to luxury resort operations, structured workplace learning and experience working alongside experienced culinary professionals.
Spain’s islands offer seasonal opportunities in luxury hotels, restaurants, tourism, events, wellness, marine activities and property services. Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and the Canary Islands attract international employers, with recruitment strongest before the summer season. Island culture blends Spanish traditions, Mediterranean food, outdoor living and relaxed social life, although peak season can be busy and accommodation expensive. Lifestyle benefits include beaches, hiking, sailing and a mild climate; transport and housing can be more limited outside main towns. EU, EEA and Swiss citizens generally have the right to live and work in Spain after completing local registration. Non-EU applicants need the correct work authorization, normally arranged with employer support; a tourist or Schengen visa does not permit employment. Candidates should confirm accommodation, meals, salary, insurance, contract length and permit responsibility before relocating.
