Job Description

The Courier (PUD—Pick-Up and Delivery) is responsible for collecting and delivering shipments safely, accurately and on schedule across the assigned service area. Requirements typically include a valid Australian driver’s licence, a safe driving history, physical ability to handle parcels, basic computer skills and the right to work in Australia. Candidates are expected to provide professional customer service, follow operational and safety procedures, complete delivery documentation, manage time effectively and maintain a clean, presentable vehicle and uniform. Previous courier, transport or customer-facing experience is advantageous. Flexibility to work varying hours and handle physically demanding tasks is generally required.
