Job Description

This role supports FedEx time-critical shipments by coordinating urgent transport arrangements, responding to customer and operational enquiries, monitoring shipment progress, preparing documentation and helping resolve service issues. Candidates typically need strong communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, computer literacy and the ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, aviation, courier services or a call-centre operation is useful.
