Property Accountant

Job Description

The Property Accountant supports accurate financial management for hotel operations, including month-end reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, accounts review, audit preparation and compliance with company policies. Candidates are generally expected to hold accounting qualifications or relevant tertiary training, with experience in hotel, hospitality or commercial accounting preferred. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail and knowledge of accounting systems are important. The role requires clear communication with property managers and corporate finance teams, sound analytical ability and the confidence to investigate variances and resolve issues.
