Job Description

The Senior Consultant, Public Safety & Resilience role typically supports government and public-sector clients with strategy, operating-model design, emergency preparedness, crisis management, critical infrastructure protection, and resilience programs. Candidates are expected to bring several years of consulting or public-sector experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage client workshops, prepare recommendations, and contribute to proposals. Knowledge of public safety, national security, disaster management, smart cities, or related technology is valuable. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and willingness to travel are important. A relevant university degree and professional fluency in English are generally required; local language capability and experience in Malaysia or Southeast Asia may be advantageous.
