Job Description

The role is expected to support product innovation and business development by identifying market opportunities, researching customer needs, developing new product concepts and helping build commercial partnerships. Requirements typically include a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product development, textiles, fashion or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience. Strong commercial awareness, project coordination, presentation, negotiation and communication skills are important. The candidate should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple initiatives, analysing market trends and converting innovative ideas into viable business opportunities. Experience in apparel, consumer products, textiles or manufacturing would be advantageous.
