Executive - Machine Engineer

Job Description

The Executive – Machine Engineer is expected to support the design, installation, maintenance, improvement and troubleshooting of machinery used in apparel manufacturing. Candidates would typically need a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline, along with practical knowledge of machine systems, preventive maintenance, CAD, industrial safety and root-cause analysis. Experience with garment production equipment, automation or lean manufacturing would be advantageous. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on problem-solving ability, accurate technical documentation and the flexibility to work in a factory environment, including shifts when necessary. The successful candidate is expected to improve machine reliability, reduce downtime, support production targets and follow MAS Holdings’ quality, safety and sustainability standards.
