Job Description

The Executive Chinese Chef leads the Chinese culinary operation, overseeing menu planning, food preparation, presentation, kitchen standards, budgeting and team performance. Candidates should have substantial experience in Chinese cuisine, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, with strong knowledge of Cantonese or regional Chinese cooking, kitchen hygiene, food safety and cost control. The role requires proven leadership, creativity, consistency and the ability to train multicultural teams.
