Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations across assigned outlets, ensuring efficient service, guest satisfaction, cleanliness and compliance with hotel standards. Candidates should have relevant hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, and good communication skills. The position requires confidence in leading teams, handling guest feedback, coordinating with the kitchen and other departments, and managing service during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is expected. A professional approach, attention to detail, basic administrative ability and familiarity with Singapore service standards will be advantageous.
