Sales Coordinator

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by coordinating client enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining account records, arranging appointments and assisting with sales activities and events. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, good written and spoken English, strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Cantonese and Mandarin are valuable for the Hong Kong market. The successful candidate is expected to be detail-oriented, service-minded, responsive and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and internal departments.
