F&B Sales Manager

Job Description

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for promoting the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and catering services, developing corporate and group accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, along with several years of hotel food and beverage sales experience. Strong knowledge of local and international markets, customer relationship management, negotiation and sales reporting is expected. Excellent English communication skills are essential; knowledge of Malay or other languages is an advantage. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, well presented, confident with clients, highly organised and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
