Major employment opportunities are concentrated in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, particularly in hospitality, tourism, aviation, construction, technology, finance and facilities management. UAE culture combines Islamic traditions, Emirati heritage and a highly international population.
