Laundry Manager

Job Description

The Laundry Manager oversees hotel laundry operations, including staff scheduling, linen and uniform processing, equipment performance, quality control, inventory, safety, and cost management. Candidates should have several years of laundry or hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position. Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment, fabric care, chemical handling, hygiene standards, budgeting, and team leadership is expected. The successful candidate should be organized, hands-on, service-oriented, and able to maintain consistent standards in a busy luxury-hotel environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to train staff and coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments are important.
