Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is not an island but a federation of seven emirates, with major hospitality opportunities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Hotels, resorts, restaurants, beach clubs, and entertainment venues regularly recruit bartenders and other service professionals. The culture is modern and international, while Islamic traditions influence dress, public behavior, working hours, and alcohol service. Lifestyle options include beaches, shopping, desert activities, dining, and a large expatriate community, though accommodation and transport costs can be high. Most overseas employees require employer-sponsored residence and work visas; reputable employers normally arrange medical testing, Emirates ID processing, and permits. Many hotel packages include accommodation, meals, transport, health insurance, annual leave, and a return ticket. Candidates should verify the written offer, benefits, working hours, and recruitment fees before relocating.
